One year ago this was a childrens playground. Rows of Fema trailers provide temporary shelter for the residents of the Ninth Ward. While re-building the Ninth Ward is crawling along at a snails pace. Most of the residents living in the 'temporary' fema traillers will probably celebrate many holidays and birthdays behind the chain link fence surrounding the playground area.
